Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add snow peas, bell pepper, 1/4 cup water, ionions, ginger and garlic to pan. Stir-fry 3 minutes, add mushrooms; stir-fry 2 minutes. (I stir-fryed this mixture longer than this).
  2. Combine remaining 1/2 cup water, soy sauce, peanut butter, cornstarch, tabasco sauce and salt in a small bowl. Mix well.
  3. Add soy sauce mixture and tofu to pan. Cook 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly.
