Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lightly season steak strips with salt. Place strips into slow cooker then layer over the top peppers, onions, tomatoes and black beans. Cook on LOW for about 8 hours.
  2. Remove from crockpot and top with fresh bacon bits, scallions and a mound of sour cream.
