Directions:

  1. Layer pork chops on bottom of slow cooker.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together.
  3. Pour over top of pork chops.
  4. Cook in slow cooker on medium heat for 8-10 hours.
  5. Serve over rice or noodles.
