Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. For the edamame: Bring a medium pot of water to a boil over high heat. Carefully dump in the edamame, cover, and boil until the edamame are cooked through, about 5 minutes. Drain and put them into a serving bowl. Sprinkle over some sea salt and chili powder; serve immediately.
  2. For the jicama: Peel and cut the jicama into French fry size pieces. Put them into a bowl and sprinkle on some chili powder. Squeeze over some lime juice and mix well; serve immediately.
  3. For the mango: Peel and cut the mango into chunks. Put them into a bowl and sprinkle on some chili powder. Squeeze over some lime juice and mix well; serve immediately.
