Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In medium bowl combine eggs, bread crumbs, onion, tomatoes, raisins, salt, cloves, and pepper.
  3. Add meat; mix well.
  4. Lightly pat meat mixture into 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until internal temperature registers 160°F.
  6. Spoon off fat.
  7. In bowl combine ketchup and brown sugar; spread over meat.
  8. Bake 5 minutes more.
  9. Let stand 15 minutes.
  10. Using two spatulas, lift meatloaf from pan to cutting board.
  11. Cut into 12 slices.
  12. Stir together mayonnaise and horseradish. Spread mayonnaise mixture on bread.
  13. Top bread with 2 meatloaf slices.
