Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly brown the pork chops in a skillet.
  3. Arrange the chops in an even layer in a baking dish.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the chops.
  5. Cover and bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
  6. Remove the covering and continue baking for 15 minutes more.
  7. You may thicken the sauce if you desire with a little cornstarch/water mixture.
