Directions:

  1. Slice cabbage quarters crosswise into 1/8 thick strips.
  2. Combine cabbage and rest of vegetables in large salad bowl.
  3. Toss with lemon juice, vinegar and olive oil then add salt and pepper to taste and toss again.
  4. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
