Spicy Apple Noodle Bake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 package (6 oz) fine or medium noodles
  • 3 cup applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar , packed
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins
  • whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
  2. Toss noodles with melted butter.
  3. Combine applesauce, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, raisins, and almonds; fold into noodles.
  4. Pour into a buttered 8-inch square pan.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees, 45 minutes.
  6. Serve warm, topped with cream.
