Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Generously butter or oil a 9x13-inch baking pan (nonstick).
  3. Crack the eggs into a large bowl.
  4. Add the sugar and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
  5. Stir in the granola, raisins, nuts and M&M’s or chocolate chips and mix until combined.
  6. Transfer to the pan and distribute evenly over the bottom, pressing firmly with your hands.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars or squares.
