Spicey Shrimp, Sausage and Rice

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups rice
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 cup celery
  • 14 oz. shrimp
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook rice. while rice is cooking put a little olive oil in a large pan and sautee onions and celery. add shrimp and sausage (cut sausage into bite size pieces). when browned, add tomatoes and spices. then add rice.
