Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion and celery in oil.
  2. Add tomatoes and stock.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Combine beef, egg and 1 tbsp Parmesan, salt and pepper.
  5. Shape into small meatballs and brown.
  6. Drain and drop into soup.
  7. Add pasta
  8. Simmer 30 minutes.
  9. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
