Spiced Tomato Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (46 oz) tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the first six ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in lemon juice. Serve warm or cold. Yield: 8 servings.
