Spaghetti With Mint-and-Garlic Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, omitting salt and oil. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 1 minute. Add tomatoes, and cook, stirring occasionally, 12 to 15 minutes or until sauce is thickened and chunky. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cooked spaghetti and mint to sauce in skillet, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
