Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and drain rice.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
  4. Add tomatoes, rice, salt, pepper and water or broth.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Bring heat to medium.
  7. Cook until all bubbles on surface have disappeared.
  8. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
