Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook mac as directed. Melt butter, blend in flour, salt, mustard, pepper. Add hot milk, simmer 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add 1 cup cheese, stir until smooth. Combine mac w/ sauce in baking dish. Top with remaining cheese, bread crumbs and paprika. Bake uncovered at 375 for 25 minutes.
