Ingredients:

  • 125 g butter (4.5 oz)
  • 236 ml sugar (1 cup)
  • 1 egg
  • 354 ml flour (1.5 cups)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Then, add egg and baking soda which has been dissolved in milk.
  3. Next, add the bananas, dry ingredients, and the vanilla essence.
  4. Mix all ingredients well.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180 Degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes (check it at 35 minutes by inserting a toothpick in the center and looking to see that it comes out 'clean')
  6. Enjoy!
