Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients for the Chinese sausage rice in a rice cooker and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, lightly crack open the quail eggs, and soak them in sesame oil and soya sauce for 5 minutes.
  3. Top the soya eggs on the cooked sausage rice
  4. Garnish with coriander leaf and fried shallots. Serve.
