Soy Chorizo With Mashed Potato

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil some roughly cutted potatoes with skin and salt and pepper.
  2. Add soya drink of your taste (natural preferred ) and mash everything.
  3. Cut a piece of soya chorizo in not very thin rounds .
  4. Spread the potato on a thin cracker and cover with another one place it on the center of the dish and put the soya chorizo slices on top of it .
  5. Mix Cream cheese with a tablespoon of soya mayonese and a teaspoon of basil pesto sauce and put on a leaf of (endivia) topped with sesame seeds .
  6. Add some parsley to the dish and enjoy !
