Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except wontons and oil in large bowl, stirring well
  2. Place 1 t mixture in center of each wonton wrapper
  3. Moisten wonton wrapper edges with water, bring corners together, pressing to seal.
  4. In a dutch oven, pour oil to a 2-inch depth and heat to 350
  5. Fry wontons in batches until golden, turning once
  6. OR use deep fryer
  7. Drain on paper towels
  8. Serve with salsa
