Southwest Salsa Pizza

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and divide into 8 triangles.
  3. On large round baking stone, arrange triangles in a circle with points in the center and wide ends toward the outside.
  4. Roll out dough to a 12-inch circle, pressing seams together to seal.
  5. Bake 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven; cool completely.
  7. Place cream cheese, garlic and 2 tablespoons of the cilantro in small mixing bowl; mix well.
  8. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over top of crust.
  9. Seed and dice tomatoes.
  10. Chop bell pepper and red onion.
  11. Combine tomatoes, bell pepper and onion in a bowl.
  12. Stir in remaining cilantro; season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  13. Spoon salsa over cream cheese mixture.
  14. Peel and slice avocado; arrange over top of pizza.
  15. Enjoy!
