Southern Style Chilli Beans With Turkey

Ingredients:

  • large can of red kidney beans
  • 3 pepperoccini peppers or more depending on how hot you like it

Directions:

  1. Put beans in large pot and boil on high watching carfully so not to stick.
  2. Brown turkey in large frying pan and drain.
  3. Add turkey to beans.
  4. Cut stem off of three or more pepperoccinis becareful not to spill the juice.
  5. Pour juice from peppers in bean, turkey mixture.(if you wish you can cut up the pepers and add to mix)
  6. Add in chilli packet with one cup of water, Stir well to mix it in.
  7. Add Chilli powder.
  8. Cut up bell pepper and add it in.
  9. Mix well and reduce heat to med-low.
  10. Cover and cook for 30 minutes or untill hot. Stirring occasionally.
