Directions:

  1. Brown turkey with chopped garlic and onion. Add potatoes, oregano and tomato sauce.
  2. Simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are done. In the last 10 minutes add green pepper.
  3. Serve with mexican rice and tortillas.
