Directions:

  1. Sauté the finely chopped onion until clear. With clean hands carefully mix all of the ingredients together until a uniform mixture is obtained. Place mixture in the refrigerator for about an hour, then form into oblong steaks . Fry in butter until light brown on each side and serve with your favorite mushroom sauce.
