Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients and shape into balls (I don't make them too big).
  2. At this point you can brown them in a skillet over medium heat till done, OR you can put them on a cookie sheet and bake them in a 350 degree oven till done-this is what I do most of the time.
  3. If you are going to freeze them or a portion of them, arrange them on a baking sheet and when frozen put them in a freeze bag and you will be able to take out what you want for whatever you want.
