Southern Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cut pecan in half,
  2. Mix all ingrediants except for pecans and shell (of course).
  3. In a med. size bowl on med. speed until smooth.
  4. Put all pecans in shell and pour mixture over pecans.
  5. Heat oven on bake at 375*.
