Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Shred the cabbage and carrots (i use a mandolin)
  2. Finely chop 1 large onion
  3. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips
  4. Mix the veggies in a large bowl
  5. Make dressing
  6. DRESSING:
  7. In a bowl combine the sweet relish, mayo, sugar, and vinegar stir to combine and pour over the slaw mixture.
  8. Toss well to coat add salt and pepper to taste
  9. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
