  1. Combined first 7 ingredients throughly. shape into small meat balls
  2. Heat bacon fat in skillet brown meatballs
  3. Pour sauerkraut and juice over meat balls
  4. Add brown sugar water vinegar
  5. Cover simmer 30 minutes or till heated through
  6. Makes 5 generous servings
