Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 F.
  2. Spray metal baking pan and meat rack (or crumpled foil) with non stick spray.
  3. In large bowl combine meat, onion, crackers, soup mix, onion powder, dash of pepper, eggs, and half of the tomato sauce (reserve other half in can).
  4. Knead with hands to mix well.
  5. Shape into loaf and lay in pan on top of rack.
  6. Lay bacon slices over the top.
  7. Bake 45 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile in tomato sauce can, add brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar to remaining sauce.
  9. Stir well.
  10. Remove meatloaf from oven pour tomato sauce mixture over top.
  11. Return to oven for additional 45 minutes.
  12. Remove& Enjoy!
