Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups sourdough starter
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups oats
  • 3 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 2/3-3/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to bread machine and set on basic cycle. Adjust consistency of dough with milk during kneading, as needed.
