Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp grated nutmeg
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 3/4 cup leek, sauteed

Directions:

  1. Bake according to manufacturer's instructions, adding the leeks during the add-in cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished.
