Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the Dough Cycle, then press Start. Check dough after 5 minutes kneading to see if needs more liquid or flour.
  2. When the cycle is complete, take dough out of the machine, punch down the dough and shape into two loaves. I let the machine mix the dough but let it raise in a greased bowl on my counter. Place dough in two well-greased 9x5 inch loaf pans**, cover and let rise again until doubled in bulk, or until the dough reaches the tops of the pans, about 1 hour. If you prefer dinner rolls, you can divide dough into 24 rolls and let it rise until doubled.
  3. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  4. Bake 20 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned.
  5. **I had enough dough to make two and a half loaves.
