Sour Cream Apple Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat eggs.
  2. Add sour cream.
  3. Stir in sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, vanilla and salt; mix well.
  4. Stir in apples.
  5. Pour into pie shell.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, combine butter, brown sugar and remaining flour.
  8. Sprinkle over top of pie.
  9. Return to oven for 20-25 minutes or until filling is set.
  10. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  11. Serve or cover and refrigerate.
  12. Yield: 8 servings.
