Soft and Fluffy Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • 125 g butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour (sifted)
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven at 170°C grease an 8 inch cake pan.
  2. In a saucepan, heat together, butter, cocoa powder and milk until the butter melts.(do not boil).
  3. Beat eggs and sugar very well until foamy.
  4. Fold in the flour alternating with the milk mixture.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
