Chocolate Banana Nut Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9 square pan.
  2. Combine butter, sugar and cocoa and mix well.
  3. Stir in eggs, milk and vanilla.
  4. Mix flour, baking powder and salt together and add to mixture.
  5. Stir in mashed bananas and nuts and pour into the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Ovens vary so I would start checking them after 30 minutes of baking time.
