Snow Peas and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups snow peas, trimmed
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large nonstick skillet.
  2. Cook over medium-high heat 2 minutes or until liquid almost evaporates.
  3. Add the tomatoes, and cook for 2 minutes or until tomatoes are thoroughly heated.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
