Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute the onion in oil for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add peppers and cook for 2 more minutes
  3. Stir in peas and mushrooms, saute for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp tender
  4. Add salt and herbs, stir in well.
  5. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are done to suit your taste.
  6. Serve hot.
