Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 1/2 cup red lentils
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 cup water

Directions:

  1. Cook onions
  2. Add all ingredients plus spices
  3. Simmer 1 hour
