Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • filling
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-13 oz can evaporated milk

Directions:

  1. Cake:
  2. In a bowl, sift flour and baking powder.
  3. Add eggs oil and sugar.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Press into a 13x9-inch pan.
  6. Spread cake dough in bottm and on sides.
  7. Filling:
  8. In a bowl, mix all the filling ingredients together.
  9. Beat until smooth.
  10. Pour filling inot shell.
  11. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  12. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
