Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef with onion, drain off fat
  2. Transfer to a large crock pot sprayed with non stick cooking spray
  3. Add rest of ingredients, except macaroni
  4. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours(DO NOT COOK ON HIGH)
  5. Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain and stir into slowcooker after cook time
  6. Heat through
