Slowcooker Butterscotch Apple Crisp

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar x2
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 4 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon x2
  • 1/4 cup cold butter

Directions:

  1. Place Apples in bowl mix with cinnamon and brown sugar
  2. Place into Slowcooker
  3. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients except butter
  4. Cut butter into mixture until resembles coarse crumbs
  5. Sprinkle over apples
  6. Cover & cook 2 1/2 - 3 hours
