Slow Cooker Swiss Steak

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb round steak
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can tomato soup

Directions:

  1. Slice onion and bell pepper. Place in bottom of slow cooker. Trim round steak and remove excess fat. Salt and pepper round steak to tastte. Place steak on top of bed of vegetables. Mix soup with 3/4 can water, pour over steak. Cook on low setting 10-12 hours.
