Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine eggs, bread crumbs, onion, celery, parsley, pepper, garlic powder and mix. Add ground turkey and mix together. Shape mixture into 1 -inch meatballs. Should make 2 dozen.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil and brown meatballs. You can do half at a time. Drain fat and place in slow cooker.
  3. For gravy combine cream of mushroom soup, gravy mix, water, lemon peel, thyme. Mix well. Add bay leaf and then pour mixture over meatballs.
  4. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours. Remove bay leaf and enjoy!
