Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place first 8 ingredients in a bag or bowl to marinade. Overnight is best.
  2. In crock pot place tomatoes, onion, mushrooms and red wine.
  3. Add meat to crock pot - put to low heat.
  4. Place marinade into a separate pot and bring to the boil.
  5. Add to crock - pot.
  6. Cover the meat in the sauce.
  7. Cook on low overnight.
