Directions:

  1. Fry bacon until crisp.
  2. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt and onion in the bacon fat.
  3. Add crumbled bacon.
  4. Heat well thoroughly.
  5. Toss cabbage in the hot dressing.
  6. You can add parsley to cabbage, if you want to.
