Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup stick margarine
  • 2 packages (16 oz each) frozen cut green beans, thawed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • paprika , optional

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, saute onion in margarine until tender. Add beans, salt and pepper. Cook until heated through. Serve with sour cream; sprinkle with paprika if desired. Yield: 8 servings
