Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 (6 oz) package butterscotch chips
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup cashews

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix the first four ingredients together.
  3. Sprinkle mixture evenly, and press firmly, into the bottom of a 13 x 9 baking pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes and remove from oven.
  5. Melt butterscotch chips, butter, and corn syrup together.
  6. Pour over baked crust, sprinkle on cashews. Cool and cut into squares.
