Simple Savory Pork Roast

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp rosemary
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bag, mix rosemary,garlic,thyme, and pepper. place pork in the bag, seal, and toss until thoroughly coated with herbs. Transfer to a medium baking dish. Cook pork roast 1 hour.
