Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Put in blender and mix.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup at a time onto hot greased griddle, turn over when bubbly and then serve when golden brown.
