Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat egg in large bowl.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients.
  3. Mush together well using your hands.
  4. Form into 1/2 inch balls.
  5. Heat small amount of olive oil (about 1 tsp to keep this recipe low-fat) in skillet.
  6. Put half the balls into the skillet and cook until browned evenly on outside.
  7. Remove and add remaining balls.
