Simple Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Wash and rinse rice well.
  3. Mix first 5 ingredients in baking pan.
  4. Place chicken pieces on top of rice mixture.
  5. Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to prevent rice from sticking.
